Our A Taste of Liverpool Food & Drink Tour has been named a 2026 Tripadvisor Travellers’ Choice – Best of the Best winner.
And while we’re absolutely delighted to have another award to celebrate, there’s something about this one that feels particularly special.

We’ve always believed that a food tour should be about much more than simply eating and drinking.
Of course, we want you to eat some fantastic food. We want you to discover great drinks. We want you to visit brilliant independent businesses.
But we also want you to have a genuinely enjoyable couple of hours with us.
That might mean discovering a part of Liverpool you’ve never noticed before.
Hearing a story that makes you see a familiar building differently.
Finding a new favourite restaurant, bakery, bar or food producer.
Or simply having a really good laugh with the people you’re sharing the experience with.
That’s what we mean when we talk about the guest experience.
And it’s something we’re pretty obsessive about.

Liverpool is one of those cities that rewards curiosity.
There are the obvious landmarks and stories that everybody knows.
But scratch a little deeper and there’s an incredible world of independent food and drink businesses, fascinating characters, international influences and stories hiding in plain sight.

We get to introduce guests to some of those businesses while exploring a little of the city along the way.

One of the things we’re particularly proud of is the independent businesses we work with.
A food tour is only as good as the food, drink, venues and people involved.
So when our guests tell us they’ve discovered somewhere they’ll return to, or that a particular dish was their favourite part of the tour, that’s fantastic feedback for us – but it’s also a huge compliment to the businesses behind it.
We’re incredibly proud to work alongside independent food and drink businesses and to play a small part in introducing more people to them.

The Tripadvisor Travellers’ Choice Best of the Best award joins another particularly special recognition for the A Taste of Liverpool experience.
The tour is also the current Experience of the Year winner at the Liverpool City Region Tourism Awards.
