All tours start outside The Beatles Story at Royal Albert Dock. Your guide will be there to greet you 10 minutes prior to the tour start time.

Car parking is widely available in Liverpool city centre, with several options close to the Royal Albert Dock where our tours begin.
Albert Dock Car Park (L3 4AF) – on-site at the Dock, just a short walk to The Beatles Story.
Liverpool ONE Car Park (L1 8LT) – large, secure parking right by the shops; around 10 minutes’ walk to the meeting point.
Q-Park Liverpool (John Lewis, L1 8JF) – modern multi-storey, ~12 minutes’ walk.
Kings Dock Car Park (L3 4BX) – good for events and easy access to the waterfront; 5–7 minutes’ walk.
Routes: mostly step-free around the Royal Albert Dock and city centre; short walking distances with seated stops.
Wheelchairs/prams: welcome — tell us in advance and we’ll advise the smoothest approach/venue access.
Assistance/guide dogs: welcome.
Public transport: Liverpool ONE Bus Station and Lime Street Station have step-free access and lifts. Mersey Ferries are accessible (ramp access; boarding can vary with tides).
Parking: Blue Badge bays available around the Waterfront (Albert Dock / Kings Dock). Drop-off possible near Britannia Pavilion (The Beatles Story).
Accessible toilets: Facilities available across the Waterfront venues, including Changing Places at the Museum of Liverpool (Pier Head) and M&S Bank Arena (Kings Dock).
