For the third consecutive year, our Taste of Chester Tour has been recognised for its dedication to providing exceptional experiences, and we couldn’t be prouder to share this exciting news with you.
The West Cheshire & North Wales Chamber of Commerce has shortlisted us for their highly respected awards, placing us among the top contenders for the Customer Excellence category. This recognition reflects our ongoing commitment to delivering memorable, delicious, and engaging tours for all our guests.
Sarah Bailey, CEO of the Chamber, remarked on the high standards of this year’s nominations, saying, ‘The quality of the nominations this year has been outstanding, so it’s a real testament to the work that’s been done to be selected as a finalist’.
Customer excellence is at the heart of everything we do at Walking Food Tours UK, and it’s an honour to have our efforts recognised once again. Gareth, our MD and one of the driving forces behind the success of the Taste of Chester Tour, will proudly represent us at the upcoming awards ceremony.
The awards will take place on 15th November, and we’re excited to join the other finalists to celebrate this milestone. Whether we take home the award or not, this nomination alone is a fantastic acknowledgment of the passion we put into our tours and the outstanding feedback we continue to receive from our wonderful guests.
